The tower is located at the top of Bull Head hill of Nanjing city in China, which is a famous scenic spot.

The tower has nine levels and four sides, and built-in fittings which are made of steel bars are set in the ninth level roof to stabilize the scaffolding with steel wire rope, since the heavy wind on the hill.
While working, the highest height of scaffolding is 68.7 meters, the longest cantilever is 6 meters.
